Sales Brochure:

Capturing the charm and neighborliness of a rural New Jersey town through carefully chosen words and graphics worked to boost home sales for a nonprofit offering incentives to invest in a great place to raise your family. Click here to see the full brochure.

 Crowdfunding Campaign:
A dance troupe founder running the program on her soul-feeding charisma and sweet choreography skills needed to capture that glow in the language and design of a Kickstarter campaign

"CAMDEN SOPHISTICATED SISTERS is actually a life-saving organization disguised as a drill team. Kids and their families come to us thirsting for the discipline, purpose and positive accomplishments that step dancing and drum corps provide... College tours are built into our travels as often as possible, and our alumni come home each semester to mentor and inspire our troupe..."

 Nonprofit Newsletter Redesign:

A long-established and highly regarded nonprofit needed a newsletter facelift to match its current accomplishments. A redesign that's crisp and not too fussy attracted rave reviews. Click here to see the online version.

 Informational Display Boards:

The assignment was simply to enlarge and mount existing conceptual rendering images. Thoughtful consideration of the audience and the event as a branding opportunity led to suggestions for text and content that accomplished a much more thorough, and successful, messaging goal. Click here to see the full series.

 Organizational Brochure Design & Content:

A coalition of non-profit developers needed a brochure on quick turn-around to shine for a national convention in town to see the miracles these organizations accomplish in Camden, NJ.

"Camden, NJ is a city of distinct neighborhoods largely developed during the industrial heyday of the early to mid 20th Century. The city was populated by tens of thousands of blue collar workers who built ships, pressed vinyl records and made soup at the Camden Shipyards, RCA Victor, Campbell’s Soup or worked for another of the many companies that produced goods in the city.

As manufacturing started to decline and..."{See brochure here...}

 Investment Prospectus Narrative:

A prospectus inviting investment in a commercial project needed a compelling introduction. Daring to take an unorthodox approach, inspiration hit and the copy began to sing.

"Parkside residents of a certain age recall pulling up lawn chairs on many a summer’s night and settling into someone’s front yard to discuss goings-on in the neighborhood. In the early years – the late 1980s as they were raising children in their Camden, NJ, neighborhood – talk concerned keeping the neighborhood family-oriented and viable.

By 1991, these residents filled a meeting room at the neighborhood’s Catholic hospital with 200 fellow Parkside neighbors who were angry, and not to be cowed by... "{Read full narrative...}

 Healthcare Patient Blog Design & Content:

It's no longer a plain vanilla Google template once custom banner, navigation, downloads and content make it a must-read blog.
“Excuse Me, How Do You Get to Carnegie Hall?”
"Blog inspiration grabs me in the funniest places.     At the symphony, for example.
Like many a musical child, I remember being taught that Ludwig van Beethoven had become completely deaf by the time he composed his most magnificent symphonies. He never heard so much as a single note of his most famous pieces.
    So why did I get goosebumps as I sat next to..." {Read full blog here...}

 Commercial Development Blog Content:

Who says documenting a development and construction project has to be dull? Even sewage can be compelling in the hands of a good writer...
"We didn’t find Bane in the sewers surrounding the RENEW development site, but PBCIP doesn’t need any Dark Knight villains rising from below Parkside to get excited about video shot in a drainpipe. Our not-so-Hollywood photo shoot of the sanitary sewers was more significant for,,, "{Read full blog here...}

 Successful Community Development Grant:
"...This project is differentiated by its focus on successful sustainability and smart energy practices within the urban residential environment. The "green" movement is often viewed as a middle and upper class endeavor available only to those who have the financial means to look beyond their basic needs. While the center will appeal to and draw from the entire region, specific programming will be tailored to..." {Read full grant sample excerpt here...}
